Ray Hall started with JJID in 1993. After 28 years as a foreman for JJID, Ray was promoted to a field superintendent in 2021. His leadership and ability to execute on difficult contracts and find creative solutions to deliver projects on time and on budget are just a few of the reason for his promotion to superintendent. Ray provides his expertise in logistics, job sequencing, coordinating contractors, and maintaining quality standards in the field to major projects, and serves as senior leader in the field. Ray is an asset for all construction projects but specializes in Structural Concrete/ Pile Driving/ Shoring/ Environmental. Projects of note include: Industrial Track Trail, DelDOT Three Pipe Culverts, BR 1-634 on SR100 Dupont Rd over East Penn Railroad, DSWA Sandtown Excavation, Middletown – WWTP Sheeting and Tank Prep.
