Bob is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in Delaware with over ten years of experience working on the design and construction of civil infrastructure and transportation projects in the Mid-Atlantic for both public and private sector employers. A 2011 graduate of the University of Delaware and Past President of ASHE First State, he enjoys building multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex and challenging projects. For most of his career, he’s worked in technical or PM roles for the project owner, having to evaluate and balance quality, cost, and schedule implications during project delivery. Technical focus areas include multimodal transportation systems, stormwater, site/civil, and geotechnical engineering. He encourages the project team to ‘think like an owner’ to help align interests, improve quality, and build long-term value for clients.
