Sean O’Neil started with JJID in 2010. After 10 years as a foreman for JJID, Sean was promoted to a field superintendent in 2020. His role to lead, develop, and mentor team members to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and execution are achieved on every project and has allowed JJID to excel and compete in an incredibly competitive market. Sean provides his expertise in logistics, job sequencing, coordinating contractors, attention to detail, problem solving and maintaining quality standards in the field. Sean is an asset for all construction projects but specializes in Sitework/Concrete/Bridges/Utilities. Projects of note include: Peterson Pond Wetland Mitigation Phase 1 & Phase 2, Goldey Beacom College Site Work and Demo, Sussex County Open End, Herring Creek Sanitary Sewer, Rt 13 N. Sewer Main Extension.
