Joined James Julian, Inc. in the summer of 1969.  Have been employed here as an Estimator since that time.  My main expertise is in roads and bridges.  Project highlights – I-95 widenings in Delaware and Maryland, Salisbury Bypass construction, Pittsburgh Airport Runway Paving, I-66 Construction in northern Virginia, Route 896 Dualization, Route 1 Construction and Paving from Smyrna to Dover, I-495 Construction and Reconstruction, Industrial Greenway, and many other projects over the past fifty years.
